I have 10 year experience in banking (out of 7 years in lending operations). Now I work as Head of Credit Department in one of the biggest banks in Azerbaijan. Beside this I am owner of lease company (Caspian Lease and Financial Services) which established this year. Due to my professional background I have thousands contacts and channels with companies which operate in different sectors in Azerbaijan .

As you know Azerbaijan is an important country in region and has great emerging market. Our country is famous with its oil-gas, resort and other natural resources. Government is interested in developing of non-oil sector, especially agriculture, production and infrastructure. We have some construction and renovation "boom" in Azerbaijan these days. Companies, especially local, are looking for asset finance in order to perform in high standard manner.

I am looking for business partner, exporter, financial organizations who is interested in operating in Azerbaijan . It could be participation in capital, long term debt, subleasing and etc. Depending on relationship as pledge I can provide Letter of Guarantee approved by first class bank or Assignment of Rights. Also we can provide due deligence and agent services in assesment process.

We understand that we live in crisis time. But crisis is aslo good opportunity for new markets and business relations. I would continue with real estate, but be cautious with this market right now. Otherwise just invest small amounts in the sub-pennies and make a 100 flip every other day or so for a 1000. Its not that hard to do actually if you know what you are getting into.
